Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my Silkys to tie my hair up when it’s wet?

We do not recommend using the Silkys to tie up wet hair. That's why we brought out our game changing Microfibre Towel Scrunchie!

If I don’t use my Silkys consistently will I see results?

Of course you will still see benefits (no creasing, no unnatural hair loss or breakage from abrasion) while using the Silkys, we recommend consistent use to get the full benefits. Your hair will thank you! Once you start using the Silkys you’ll wonder why you ever used anything else.

Our Mulberry Silk Pillowcases With Satin Underside are grade 6A, 19 momme.

What is momme?

Momme measures silk density and weight, and the greater the momme, the higher the quality of the silk.
