We know nobody likes paying for shipping and in the future we would love to be in a position to offer free shipping on all orders, here's hoping, the fingers are crossed.

Returns

When you purchase a Síoda product you are supporting a small business and investing in your hair. We want you to be as happy with our product as we are to provide it for you. Good hair is our number one priority and to help your hair health we want to provide a quality product.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at siodahairproducts@gmail.com or instagram @siodahair and we will be happy to resolve any issues.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement. 

If you have a change of mind and would prefer to exchange an item for a different colour, no issue. To be eligible for an exchange, your purchase must be returned within 30 days of initial purchase date. We would ask that you please use tracked shipping for your return, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming returns. The product(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original sealed packaging. If the item has been removed from the packaging we cannot accept returns/exchanges for hygiene reasons on our pillowcase and scrunchie ranges. We will charge a small shipping fee to dispatch your replacement, cost will depend on your location. Before you ship your return/exchange you must contact us by email at siodahairproducts@gmail.com detailing your initial delivery details quoting your invoice number, we will then issue you a unique returns number, this returns number must be printed clearly on the returns packaging.
